My daughter needed her laptop fixed for a business trip she was taking in under two days and was frantic for help- it was Saturday afternoon and she was leaving Monday morning - so we called a few places that told us they needed at least a week before they could even look at it. When I called these guys they arranged pick-up that same night, diagnosed the problem on the spot, ordered the part she needed for overnight delivery (so it came on Mon.), fixed it and sent it overnight to the hotel my daughter was staying at, so she could have it Tuesday morning in time for her meeting that afternoon. The guy we dealt with was very pleasant, honest and informative. I will definitely call them again.
