Ruth Chris (other locations) is one of our favorites. Sadly, this location should be ashamed to have the same name. The service was horrible. We waited 40 mintues just to get drinks!! We realized it was crowded so we ordered drinks, main meal and side dishes (no appetizers, no salads) at the onset. It took 3 1/2 hours for us to get out of there! Our waiter was no where to be found. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. We had a birthday dessert and 1 minute later, our waiter delivered another one to the wrong person at our table and DIDN""T NOTICE THAT THERE WAS ONE ALREADY ON OUR TABLE!!!!! Better yet, I mentioned this to the girl at the front desk and she did nothing. I wrote an email and never heard from them. For an A class restuarant, the service was an F.
