I've been a member here for 1.5 years. I've taken many of the daytime classes - and think that the spinning classes on Tuesday and Thursday are the best (by far) that I've ever participated in.
The staff is friendly and the club is always clean.
Wear your best cotton shorts and t-shirts, this club is perfect for people who like to work out and don't really care what they look like while they're doing it.
