Absolutely terrible customer service 2/15/2006

We had a reservation and arrived on time, but we waited in line for 15 minutes before our presence was even acknowledged. Then they couldn't find our reservation, so we were told we would have to wait till they could ""work us in."" There was an empty table, but they said we couldn't have it--it was ""reserved."" They never acknowledged that they had made a mistake and lost our reservation--even though they had also lost the reservation of the couple ahead of us in line. They treated us as though we had dropped in without a reservation. We left and will not go back. There are other equally good Italian restaurants in the area that know how to treat their customers. more
