This place is the best for dough-sliced or handmade noodles. My favorite is the combination noodle as a stir fry, and one of my friends like that same dish as a soup. Another classic is their big onion green bread. Make sure to order that early as it takes awhile to bake. Friendly staff, the place gets really busy.
