there arent too many places to get your bike worked on in this town but in my opinion vicious makes it one too many. not only have they handed me a bill for over four hundred bones for doing zero good to my bike but they have also literally ruined a friends bike. This seems to be the consensus among the riders i know. Those 25 point check-lists you get back from them after a service dont mean a thing. I have received them while it was obvious many of the points were checked but not done. The friend I referred to had the same thing happen but in his case they neglected to replace the engine oil they drained out of his case. Now if you cant rely on that, what good are they? Theres lots of attitude too, especially from that long haired dude. The lady who works there seems to be the only one who will give service with a smile rather than crappy service with lots of attitude. Vicious is a risk not worth taking.
Pros: the woman who orders parts and such is very knowledgable and friendly
