Siam Orchid is by far our fave place in the Valley for Thai. We stop by as often as we are able, and the owner who we refer to as our Grandmother due to the absolute care we always receive when we go into the restaurant. She and her staff make the food however you want it: Thai spicy like we have it or mild to suit other palates. Not only does she and her staff go beyond the pale to make you feel like you are one of the family, but the food is exquisite. Always well-balanced and consistently beautiful. Thank you!
