The variety and freshness of the saladbars are great, I usually go there 3-4x a week. The customer service is terrible. I've had a couple of experiences with the waitstaff that finally convinced me not to give them my business. When I spoke with the manager regarding the issue, he stated he ""didn't want customers like myself"". I have 20 years of customer service and sales experience, I agree that rude customers are humiliating and a problem; but I had a valid point and was polite. I do not recommend it.
