We picked up our son's 1st birthday cake, and after paying 50+ dollars we were very disappointed in the outcome of the cake.....splotchy icing, cracks all over cake. When my husband returned to have it ""repaired"" Darlene was NASTY to him. She refused to fix or give a refund. She even told my husband that SHE was the customer, he was not?? She told her manager he would have to pay us out of his own pocket if we were to get a refund. She had 2 other customers in line who cancelled their orders after watching how this business owner dealt with customers. Also, we had the ""smash"" cake in the car, so we got to taste it, NOT GOOD. We ended up going to a local grocer who made a better cake than this. Hope this helps!
