He sells new instruments at a low markup. He also offers used instruments at very good rates. His layaway service is very convenient for birthday or Christmas gifts, or for expensive purchases.
He also carries parts, supplies, and books. The whole staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We have purchased a keyboard, multiple guitars, a set of drums, and much more from Lloyd's Music Mart. I have been exceptionally pleased with the quality, price, and service every time I have visited his store.
