We've bought our last 3 cars from Carmax. Two used and one new. We've "traded in" 2- they actually offer a fair price and you aren't obligated (or even pressured at all) to buy a car from Carmax when you sell yours to them. The last car we bought was actually a new Chrysler since they had a great money back deal that made a new one the same price as used. The no-haggle prices are also on the new cars. Salesmen aren't pushy and make it just seem like they are there just in case you need assistance.
PROS: Fair prices, great salesmen
CONS: Don't buy the extended warranty from them
