The encounter I had at River Oaks Glass Design and Repair was by far the worst business experience I have ever endured. The guys that work there are very rude, extremely unprofessional and have an overall bad attitude. I was shocked that a small business can have employees that act the way they did and survive. Not to mention that after waiting over 17 weeks to get the piece I dropped off repaired, it never did get repaired and I had to pick it up still broken. Furthermore, they charge your credit card immediately yet fail to perform the work you have paid them for. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone.
