My husband, sister, and a friend spent my birthday dinner here. We were all incredibly disappointed! We arrived early happy to sit at the bar until our reservation time... however, we waited two hours - that included one hour PAST our reservation time! There were NO apologies either, and our server took another 15-20 minutes to get to our table. She was slighly apologetic. The food: I have been to Italy on two trips for a total of nearly 4 weeks and I have had better. Service was seriously lacking, and when our somewhat outspoken friend mentioned our extended wait when we left, the lady actually said we shouldn't show up early for a reservation - no apology there for our hour wait past the time! I hate that we didn't have the same experience as so many others who recommended it.
