I stayed there about 100 times in half a dozen different rooms over the course of 5 months for business in Columbia. I needed a cheap but clean and convenient motel in Columbia and this was it. There are restuarants nearby like ""Wendys"" and further away on Knox Abbott within a mile, is ""RED LOBSTER"" ""ChurchesChicken"" ""Taco Bell"" &several other more expensive range. It gets busy with 'out of towners' for a GAMECOCK game, so make reservations. There is also a FOOD LION grocery store and liquor store about 1mile away. Many rooms with a small refrigerator, clean, with HBO and full cable. There are very few places in the greater Columbia area that are cheaper but Masters Inn beats them for quality, friendly staff, swimming pool, and maid service. USCBryce Stadium is about 2 miles or so away as crow flies. Busy during football season. KMART about 1mile away.
