I had my kitchen done 1 month ago by The Kitchen Factory and I am super pleased with everything. They came in measured everything up, redesigned my space and showed me their gorgeous cabinets. Installation went great and now I have this gorgeous kitchen to entertain my guests for Thanksgiving and Christmas! It was fast, easy and it looks amazing! I am planning my master bath with them next. I would recommend them to everyone! If you want a great looking kitchen and bathroom, this is THE place to go. Thanks!

Compared to the other patio furniture stores in the area I would not go anywhere else.The staff is very friendly and helpful and they dont pressure you into buying something you do not want.They really go out of there way to make sure you are happy.Highly recommended

Although I have not shopped at this particular INDIGO I am convinced you will find quality furniture. I typically shop at the Santa Monica store and I can say that it is wonderful. They make you feel at home and their service is great.

I had a couple of things I needed to fix. A dresser drawer was sticking and I needed a spare set of keys for my older car. I walked into Ace, expecting the same sort of help (none) I get when I go to Home Depot. I was pleasantly surprised.
They greeted me with a smile and first asked me what I needed. Then I was walked straight to the back of the store for my keys. They had a little trouble making them, as the keys here are still ground by hand and it's quite an art! The manager even walked out to my car with me and made sure that the keys were perfect before I left. This meant several adjustments, but when he was finished the keys were perfect.
I was also told that GULF WAX would fix my sticking drawer problem. I bought some and tried it at home. It worked great! I never would have thought to buy wax if I had not been helped by such great staff.
Bottomline: Leave Home Depot to the experts, for real service go to the little guys at Ace.

THIS PLACE GETS NO STARS but that's not allowed. Ken/Costa/Frank are all LIARS. They smile and tell you that you order will be there on one day, and you wait....and Wait, and WAIT. Then you call them and start swearing like a mad person because you have never been so pissed off in your life. AND those smug a-holes act like they are not even a part of the foul up. SHOP AT SNYDER DIAMOND, or ABSOLUTE APPLIANCE - even PACIFIC SALES. But what ever you do, STAY AWAY FROM UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE.
