I have enjoyed dinner and drinks here before, but on a recent Friday night I was very disappointed in the attitude at the door. The front door bouncer was holding a people back, despite throngs of people leaving and the downstairs bar fairly empty. I got in ahead of my friends, and when I asked the bouncer at the door if my friends could be let in"", he retorted that ""I don't have to answer you, I don't have to tell you, now move out of the way""!!! I know this is a recurring complaint in NY, but the bouncer on the inside was so nice, but the egomaniac at the front door was really ruining the vibe at this place. I'd like to go back - just get rid of that attitude and go back to being an enjoyable place to have a cocktail.
