After 10 minutes in line to buy my ticket, 15 minutes in the concession line, and 5 minutes looking for my ticket stub to get into my theater, I couldn't find a seat. Customer service was going to send someone up with me to find a seat, but by this time, I had missed 15 minutes of the movie and didn't want to disturb the whole theater by shining a flashlight in their faces. They exchanged my ticket for another show starting 1.5 hours later. But they wouldn't even let me wait in the lobby area until it started. Even the Pasta Break next door let me sit inside, out of the cold. I just don't like this theater. I've had too many rotten experiences there. It also has the most expensive concession stand. coke = $4.10
