We've been to The Palm in Los Anegles on several occasions. While the food was good, especially the steaks, the restaurant was very noisy. At times it was so loud as to make conversation difficult. Service was good but not particularly attentive. Worst of all was the attitude we got on our last visit (and I DO mean last). It must be that business is so good that there's just no need for simple courtesy. You can find steaks elsewhere in L.A. that are at least as good as The Palm's and be sure of better value and a better experience.
