Paru's is quality indeed. The food, service, and atmosphere really cannot be beat. The only thing to keep in mind for new diners is that they serve southern Indian dishes here (so no staples of northern cuisine like malai kofta, bindi, tandoor etc...). But for vegetarian dining it is amongst the best in the city.
