I have been a regular at Spalon for about 5 years. I have been happy with a few of the technicians--they have been knowledgable and friendly. The reception staff are very snobby/arrogant--treat you like a number and lack good customer service. If it wasn't for the quality service that I get with my facials, I would have stopped going a lot sooner! I am glad to see all of the reviews of other local spas and plan to try Spa5101. I think that Spalon Montage has become the "fast food" of the local spas--they rush you in and out. Part of the reason to go to a spa is to be in a relaxing, calming and caring environment--which you can't always get at Spalon. So...I think that it is overpriced when you consider the WHOLE spa experience. I plan to visit other spas...and probably will not go back.

Cons: Arrogant, Expansive, Feel like a "number"
