What a disapointment! The food was absolutely average, the room dated, and the service below par. Everest has obviously not been re-evaluated by the AAA rating guide in a while and certainly does not deserve to be a member of Relais & Chateaux. If your looking for a faux fine dining experience paired nicely with a cold & unfriendly atmosphere, and finished with lackluster unimaginative cuisine, then I highly recommend it!
