i just recently had my eyebrows arched by Shelly, she explained that they were too thin, and gave me some tips on growing them out, she "cleaned them up" and its the best they have looked in years. I have to say im not used to the extra care, i used to have them done down the street at a nail salon and she explained to me how (truly) gross that can be when not done by an esthetician because of double dipping. (wow never thought about that) but i must say it was a learning expreience and im very pleased with the service and my eyebrows look fantastic.
