I have to be honest as I begin this review. My opinion of SMULEKOFFS is based solely on an experience I had while shopping there and not on their merchandise. The merchandise is nice, granted, but with so many different arrays of furniture stores out there, it seems to me that customer service should be the one thing that a store can do to set themselves out there above the competition. Unfortunately SMULEKOFFS did not do that. When I visited I was looking for a certain item. I searched on my own for sometime before I finally found myself wandering in that direction. I then had questions but no one seemed to be in the area. Locating someone after a search, I found 2 employees talking. Neither seemed anxious to help me so I asked my question, got a short answer and they turned back to their discussion. Feeling a bit foolish, I left the store and do not intend to return. I may be wrong here but I think if you are going to spend over $1000 for an item you should at least deserve some good customer service. Am I wrong?....I would love to hear someone elses take on this. It is, of course, as always my opinion.....the final one is up to you.
