Sushi this size makes me nervous

My husband will disagree but he's no sushi snob- he likes the fact that it is cheap. Indeed there is always a line and the service is great but the fish pieces are just too big to be right or healthy. It makes me nervous every time we eat there that I'm going to have sushi belly later. Hasn't happened yet but I'd rather head to the ID for some cheap,delicate sushi pieces.
