It's just two doors down, but Vida takes the ersatz "french bitro in america" vibe of Left Bank and makes it a real, warm, personal, one-of-a-kind experience. Great interior space, excellent service, consistently well-executed food, and a solid wine list. If you're looking for French food but with a real owner-operated restaurant experience, Vida's your local bet.
