I work in the animal field along with most of my (broad) social circle. I have heard so many horror stories about AK; I would never suggest taking an animal there. They've lied to my face about diagnosis, they're neglectful, they push treatments that aren't needed. This is a BAD choice for any person with a brain. After they expanded they stopped caring about the animals and started caring about the money. Please don't take your animals here -- especially exotics. AK will lie to you if it means they can squeeze an extra buck out of you.
