Diedre set up my appointment, and kept me updated on the time frame. She was very courteous and helpful. When Bob arrived to do the work, she had filled him in completely. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a simple job, but he took great care to explain what he was doing and why, and to alert me to other potential problems without being pushy or overbearing about it. Will use Beacon again and recommend to friends.
