I would not recommend Dr. Parent as your dental provider. First of all, I made the decision to go to Dr. Parent based on a recommendation from a friend. After a few routine check-ups, cleanings, and crown work, I ended up with a collection agency harassing me for a bill that was not appropriately sent to my insurance company. Dr. Parent's staff sent my insurance claim to the wrong insurance company, and instead of working to correct it, they just turned the bill over to collections. My insurance would have covered 50% of this bill (which I would pay, but now my paycheck is being withheld funds in order to pay back the entire amount) had they sent it when they should've, and after finally getting it to the correct insurance company they denied it because it was out of the time-frame to process it. They would not work with me at all. I left messages, and when finally able to speak to someone I was told that she would talk w/ Dr. Parent, and get back to me, but then NEVER did. Also, the hours that are listed for when they are open are never accurate. Half of the time the office is closed early, or not open at all. Patients are not treated equally, and I will do whatever I can to get my experience with this provider out there!
