Set an appointment and they showed up right on time. Evaluated the problem and offered 2 solutions. Went with the drain cleaning followed by the camera and all went well. Brian was truly friendly, very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. With the camera locator, the good news is I now know where my clean-out is located, the bad news is it is under my driveway. They spent time to do it right and ensured it was done right. Brian offered advice to try and prevent this from happening again. They wore shoe covers when entering house and left the house as clean as it was before they began their work. I would definitely called them again if I have a repeat of this problem.
