We needed our units serviced/ diagnosed and Clarence did a thorough, exemplary job!
Since the units are a little older, Clarence's experience and expertise were required and appreciated. He was patient in explaining the situation and helping us determine next steps.The units require follow up maintenance and I'll be requesting Clarence since he's so familiar with the units' condition but mostly because he gives outstanding customer service!
