Traded trucks with Friendly Ford late in the evening on 09/13/14. I was promised by Mike Dancy that I would receive my title in 5 to 7 days today is 09/23/14 and still no title in hand. I was told today, by Suzie, that she was putting title in the mail today. Suzie did not know why I was lied to. All the paper work was completed on 09/13/14, it is unexcusable for any dealership to be this tardy in mailing the title. I cannot reccommend this dealership to anyone. I was also pressured very strongly by the financial person, Mike Dancy, to purchase a warranty on the truck that I was trading for. I was told that this dealership would not give any kind of a warranty on this used vehicle. I was buying the 2009 Dodge pickup with 42,00 miles on it, as, is no warranty. If this truck had not been exactly what I was looking for I would have walked out on them.
