I really appreciate that I received a phone call prior to my appointment to let me know someone was on their way to my home. Jeff was on time, which is not usually the case with contractors. Jeff did an excellent job of assessing the problem with our refrigerator water line valve and quickly wrote up an estimate of the cost to install a t-valve. He was very knowledgable and friendly, and explained to me that he would replace the valve. It didn't take that long to fix and the water pressure on my refrigerator water line has never been better.
