when I arrived at the Ramada, the office staff and maids were helpful and friendly, we were upgraded to two queen beds for an additional $10.00 (which I felt was reasonable),and the management offered detailed directions to some of Morro Bay's lesser known scenic vistas. The breakfast was more extensive than at other motels we stayed at during this trip. Good experience for the money.
