Good: Nothing. Bad: That I felt disrespected and that I was not worth their time. I wanted them to look at some old antiques that I had found in a family members house and made and appointment. I was greeted in the parking lot, while they looked at my things in the truck of my car. They did not seem like they were interested in even helping me out trying to knowledge myself on my items. Even if they were junk, they could have told me instead of being so rude as to not care about the things I had.. Improvements: They need to improve their customer service skills and need to not think they are so high and mighty because they were on American Pickers probably years ago and the chances of anyone seeing that episode are probably slim to none.. Other: The little time I actually got to spend in the shop was nice, but because of poor customer service was not invited in to even be considered as a customer. I will never return to this location to buy antiques and being a young consumer I feel this business will miss out, because all over town I have heard many times the younger generation does not care about antiques. Well I am interested and so are about 6 of my friends so I guess the young people that are interested will not be visiting this shop!!. more
