Very nice friendly service at the front desk was my first impression of this motel. Colonial has a restaurant, which was closed the night we stayed; the front desk employee gave us directions to an excellent local restaurant. In the main building there is complimentary continental breakfast in the morning - nothing fancy, but nice. The room was pretty standard, but comfortable. Since it was upstairs and there was no elevator, we opted to bring up only what we needed. An elevator would be a good addition! There is a very nice indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. It was one of the nicest hot tubs I've visited! Water was plentful and bubbly and just the right temperature. Since local people can get "memberships" to use this facility, you may just meet some of them there. A friendly touch for a friendly motel!
