Good: I wanted to get a home rented for my family before moving to Ft. hood. I called around and I couldn't find anyone who would rent to us sight unseen.. Bad: I was nervous about the area, they said they can't legally tell us if it a bad area or not. That frustrates me because I want to know where I am moving my family to.. Improvements: Nothing. Other: Online renting was easy they just emailed me our lease, I didn't even have to print it out just click and email back. that part I liked a lot.
