I went to Triton and worked there for a while. Compared to neighboring community colleges, Triton is run down. The instructors are mostly adjuncts who may be successful in their regular careers, but most are simply not qualified to be teaching a course. A huge rift exists between the faculty and administration, mostly because the administration doesn't involve the faculty in any decision-making. The president tends to run things like a dictatorship.
