Matvey Construction worked with our co -op to inspect our building for water damage, designed a repair plan and then completed the work within the time line that was projected. The owner, Mat, was willing to meet with our board on his own time, answered our calls and questions very quickly and gave full reports of the work done. His crew cleaned up after themselves daily, and were respectful of our building and residents. In the end, their work exceeded our expectations and we've been very satisfied with the results.
