I purchased a living room set with a reclining sofa, one end of the sofa does not recline, I called and was told to lift the sofa and reattached the core. I explained Bob the person on the phone that the sofa was new and they should send someone to fix it, its been two weeks and no one has called, SERVICE AFTER THE SALE sucks. There loss I was looking to purchase a new Bedroom set, and I definately will not be going to the furniture super store! more
