I am a Buffalo resident and recently had a plumber from roto-rooter come to my home. I had two visits prior from one of their competitors for a small flood issue in the basement. The plumber from roto-rooter did far more than asked and took care of the issue I was having and that was ignored by the other service. I would refer them to others.
