Our basement flooded on 9/30/2011, and we needed a plumber that handles the Buffalo area. When we called they told us they would have some there within 2 hours. They were there in that time frame, and the 2 men that showed up were very professional, and made sure we knew what to expect for the service including the video follow up and something we could use for the drain to keep it clean. We were very impressed with the service from the phone call to the follow up.
