Ex-husband bought used car for son upon recommendation of Vic in sales. Gave car to my son and car had leaking power steering fluid and told him to just add some every so often. I called and said no this is not happening. They told me car was as is. I was told they would only look at the power steering since they knew it was leaking. I insisted that the ball joints were loose after driving it myself and lo and behold it turns out that the car had: loose ball joints, and loose engine cradle!!! The UCC states a used car has an implied warranty that it is fit to drive.
