Good: They are conveniently located.. Bad: They are rude & act like they could care less if you get what you want or not. The old lady there was more interested in her friends that stopped in...that's o.k....I took my business elsewhere. They never answer the phone. No Saturday or Sunday hours & they close at 5:00 during the week.. Improvements: I would like to see them vacate there high profile location & let somebody good take over.. Other: People assume that they are the only monument place that they can deal with because it is located near the cemetery & right off the highway. All they care about is getting your money. Shop somewhere else...these people have been NOT nice for years & getting away with it..
