Horrible, it's just unbelievable!! I brought my dog for grooming at 10:30, (I made an appointment a few days before). They said they will call me when my dog is ready, so I've been waiting and around 1:30 decided to go there and check on my dog, since 3 hours passed and no one called. So I went there and that very unprofessional groomer was by the desk doing nothing, and telling me that he's very busy and I should come back in a few hours, the best around 7 pm!! I was like, what? You gonna keep my dog for the whole day when I made an appointment at 10:30, and I mean it's no way that grooming takes the whole day right? So I asked if he even started to work on my dog, he said that he did. I told him that ok, it's fine so I'll just wait for him to finish then but I won't wait till the evening come on. And then he went to the basement and brought my dog, the way I left her, unwashed and untouched ( AFTER 3 HOURS!!! ) and said he can not do it!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE!! REALLY STAY AWAY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS THEY ARE SUPPOSTED TAKE CARE OF, AND THEYARE VERY RUDE AND UNORGANIZED!!
