Very nice people. I've been going since they opened. They fix my favorite boots 2x already; I've had to get them resoled since I've owned them for 6 years now.
I don't alter a lot of clothes, but they have done the "tricky" hems to my seven jean - and charged less than what Nordstrom was going to charge me.
