I had great help in choosing an elliptical and getting financing to purchase it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. However when I was purchasing my vacuum, there was no help to be found. I chose the model, packed to a check out to find 2 clerks involved in a deep conversation. No help putting the box on the counter and no help getting it to my car. I spent nearly $1000 on that trip and couldn't get any help for my second purchase and the store was not busy at all. Very disappointed with the help on that side of Sears!
