Good: That this is a restaurant that smokes all of it's own meats and creates ALL it's dressings, dips, sauces and side dishes from scratch daily. The staff is very attentive and the history that this place boasts is a warming touch!. Bad: The previous crybaby who said the welcome mat was not out and obviously didn't read the menu showing that sandwiches start at $5.95 ie. an 8oz Angus burger. That the prior people who commented complained that their server seemed hurried, any maybe that because he/she was trying to give them good service.. Improvements: Hmmmmm a bigger bar would be nice! I didn't know till my 5th visit that there is a FULL bar in the back not to mention a tasteful wine list.. Other: I have been taking my family and business associates to this restaurant since I found them and had super dining experiences. Their smoked brisket and pull pork are out of this world. I have become a regular and find myself there at least 3 times a week!! Keep up the great work Tom & staff! Chardon supports you all the way!!!.
