i know some people think that taking your car to the dealership is a big rip off and yes i did pay quite a bit for my maintenance...but i figure i'd rather pay for someone i can trust where they work on my type of car daily. overall, my car is driving well and the service department was super efficient. they even had my car done 2 hours before they originally quoted. even if i'm a 20-something girl with no knowledge about cars...i didnt feel ripped off with my service. i have no complaints and i even got car wash included in my servicing :)
