I have lived at Summer Trace for 8 months. When we moved into our apartment, several electrical outlets did not work, the back two burners on the stove did not work, one of our doors was cracked, and we had two leaky faucets. None of this has been fixed. Our electricity continually went out when we first moved in and it took them several months to figure out what was wrong. A few days ago, our AC went out and it got up to 85 degrees in our apartment. My lease is up in one month and I've already found my next apartment.
I guess you get what you pay for. The complex is very safe. We have never had any issues on that level. If you can put up with the horrible maintence, I guess it's worth living here. I just can't wait to get out.
