When I arrived to Santa Monica Honda, I met with Marc Uchiyama, the service adviser. He was very courteous and acknowledged the issue and agreed to repair the vehicle free of charge. Upon repair, they discovered that the oxygen sensor on my car was badly damaged as well, a $300 part. Unfortunately the oxygen sensor was only covered up to 50k miles, in which I had surpassed since I had 57k miles. more
